Jacobson's Bakery sits quietly on Montgomery Street in Middletown — not because we're shy, but because the work speaks for itself. Every loaf, every croissant, every cup of coffee is made the way it ought to be: with patience, real ingredients, and a respect for craft that can't be rushed.

Our bakers arrive before dawn. The ovens are fired up. The sourdough starter — kept alive for years — is fed and folded. By the time the street wakes up, the smell of butter and wheat is already filling the room, and the first customers are pushing the door open.
